Comprehensive QuickBooks Training.....

In our opinion, training in a classroom setting is not very effective.  We actually have re-trained many people after they have participated in this type of a class. Generally, the class moves at the pace of the slowest student and there is very little, or no time for one on one guidance.  Most classes are simply a repeat of the tutorials that come with the software.  As certified Pro-Advisors, we are privileged to be able to offer extremely comprehensive training one student at a time.   The course can be  completed  either at one of the training  stations  in our office, or at you office, or even at home.  However we strongly suggest it be taken at our office to eliminate distractions and interruptions.  It has been our experience that it takes an average of approximately 3-4 times longer when the course is taken outside of our office.

The course is available for the last four versions (years), and has been designed for Pro, Premier, and Enterprise users.   It includes a Training Guide ( binder with over 300 pages ) and a CD. The CD includes a Sample Company file (so that there's no risk to your own files), and a PDF copy of the manual (so that you can re-print your manual if it is lost or damaged).

The course is offered in four hour sessions daily at 8:15AM and 12:30PM.  The first session must be scheduled a few days in advance.   At the end of a session, you simply schedule your next visit.  The majority of trainees need 3 or 4 sessions to complete the course, but there is no limit to the number of sessions.  At startup, we provide you with a pad & pen for you to jot down notes, concerns, and questions.  We ask that you hold these till you finish the course because we've found that most concerns & questions tend to be resolved by then.  The Guide is made up of 15 chapters. Plus, as a training client, an updated course and manual is available for just $95 for all of the new QuickBooks releases.
