Frankly Ubie, according to most of our QuickBooks clients, you're the problem. We all know that you try very hard, and most of us believe that you really care. Unfortunately most of us can not understand you and would prefer to have to walk on a bed of nails, rather than call you.
At Business Measurement, our entire staff is certified by Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks)as Pro-Advisors. We are your LOCAL QuickBooks experts. We speak very good English, and over the years, there have only been a few issues that we could not resolve.
Support is available at your location, at our offices, by phone, by email, and by remote login. Rates are hourly, or are available in discounted service packages. We have found that the average "on-hold" time to speak to Ubie is about 10 minutes. Add to that, the time it takes to say, "I'm sorry Ubie. I can not understand you, can you repeat that". Add to that, your cost of medication and you will find that BMI is amuch better choice.
