Consulting Projects.....
Consulting services must be preceded by a Comprehensive Business Analysis. The analysis is an in depth review of your present systems, controls and procedures, and how they are affecting your owner return. Consulting projects begin with a detailed Project Plan for the conversion, or replacement of your accounting software so that it can be used as a Management Control Center with fully integrated systems, controls and procedures. These changes are then implemented along with detailed task lists for all employees.
Since we have no emotional attachment to old methods, or any employees, the new systems and procedures are created logically to be of most benefit to the overall operation of the business. Typically we find that there are one or two employees that struggle with the change because they are focused only on how the procedures affect them, and so we paint a clear picture for all employees of how their tasks interact with one another. Once implemented and used for a reasonable period, we review the effectiveness and make any necessary revisions.

BMI's Written Assurance.....
BMI assures an increased owner return of two times the consulting fees within 12 months of completion of the Consulting Project. If this does not happen, BMI will continue to work with you FOR FREE, until it does. This offer is subject to the following conditions:
- Project must be for a minimum of 100 Hours and paid in full
- Systems, Controls, and Procedures must be followed (or changes must be agreed to)
- Must include BMI's Monthly Closing & Breakeven Analysis for the 12 months following completion.
HOURLY CONSULTING RATE: $125 - Rates reduced to $95 Hr. for 100+ Hr. Projects
